4. Contact form, telephone, WhatsApp and email

If you contact us via the contact form, by telephone, WhatsApp or email, the information you provide is stored in order to process your request and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (pre-contractual or contractual communication) or Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (legitimate interest in prompt communication).

Attached photos are used exclusively to handle your appraisal request. They are stored for up to 90 days and then deleted, unless statutory retention periods require otherwise.

The technical dispatch of the form requests takes place via the mail servers of our email provider ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, with whom a data processing agreement under Art. 28 DSGVO exists. To protect against abusive mass requests (spam), the IP address of the sending device is stored briefly and then automatically deleted (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

5. Embedded content: Google Maps and YouTube

On individual pages we embed maps via Google Maps. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. To protect data privacy, the map is loaded from Google only after you explicitly click “Load map”. Only then is data (in particular your IP address) transferred to Google. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO, which you give via the button.

On individual service pages we also embed videos from YouTube (provider: Google Ireland Limited, address as above). These, too, are loaded only after your explicit click on “Load video”; only then is data (in particular your IP address) transferred to YouTube or Google. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO, which you give via the button.

6. Cookies and consent

Our website does not use any analysis or tracking cookies. Only technically necessary storage is used (e.g. sessionStorage markers for your consent to load Google Maps or YouTube).

Beim Aufruf unserer Website werden automatisch Informationen erfasst und in sogenannten Server-Logfiles gespeichert: IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit der Anfrage, Zeitzonendifferenz, Inhalt der Anforderung, Zugriffsstatus, übertragene Datenmenge, Referrer-URL, Browser und Betriebssystem. 5. Eingebettete Inhalte: Google Maps und YouTube
